A girl was attacked at random by one other girl as she modified her kid’s diaper in a rest room at Macy’s flagship Herald Sq. retailer, based on police.
Authorities say the suspect stabbed the girl twice within the again with a pointy instrument within the restroom in the course of the afternoon.
