In a candid social media post, Tyson Sybateli shared his thoughts on the journey that Present has taken him on, both personally and professionally. The rapper expressed gratitude to everyone who helped him to make such an amazing feat in his music career.
“Been a full year of my baby “Present.” Released 1SEP,23’ Millions of plays, shows in front of crowds nationwide and love from radio brought us here. Everybody who helped make it possible and all of you showing my music love is why my journey has been fun. 🎶: We Outside Ft. Ben September,” wrote Tyson Sybateli.
The past year has also seen Sybateli continuing to grow his presence in the South African music scene. He’s been busy collaborating with other artists, performing live, and working on new material that builds on the themes and sounds introduced in Present.
In the wake of his project success, the KZN-born rapper is not holding on to his past success, rather he recently promised to release new music soon. “Working on new music and multiple visuals has my time. Just wanted to say thanks for the constant love.” He wrote.
