A London man is behind bars after authorities say he tried to slash a commuter’s throat whereas claiming he was a CIA agent.
Zakir Ibrahim, 25, is charged with tried homicide after he was arrested in Chicago on Tuesday, March 3, in line with CWB Chicago.
Authorities allege Ibrahim approached an Amtrak passenger on the metropolis’s Union Station and held a knife to the sufferer’s nostril earlier than slashing at his throat, the outlet reported.
