Hope for The Gap? Eric Adams Guarantees Sewers and Redevelopment as Parting Reward

These components might fill The Gap, a low-lying and long-neglected neighborhood on the border of Queens and Brooklyn that would be the goal of a proposed rezoning, Mayor Eric Adams introduced Tuesday.
