Protesters block entrance to COP30 local weather talks in Brazil

BELEM, Brazil (AP) — About 100 protesters blocked an entrance to the United Nations local weather convention on the sting of the Brazilian Amazon Friday morning.

Brazilian army personnel saved demonstrators from getting into the location throughout negotiations on the COP30 conferences in Belem, however there gave the impression to be no bodily altercations with the protesters.

Protesters wore clothes related to Indigenous teams and a few protesters fashioned a human chain round parts of the demonstration.
