The Buffalo Bills acquired wide receiver Amari Cooper and a 2025 sixth-round pick from the Cleveland Browns in exchange for a 2025 third-round draft pick and a 2026 seventh-round pick this past Tuesday.
“Move or rust,” Cooper wrote on his Instagram story after the trade.
True to that post, there will be no rusting for Cooper.
Despite partaking in just three practices with the Bills, expectations are that Cooper will suit up on Sunday afternoon and make his team debut at home against the Tennessee Titans.
How many plays will be available for Cooper is unclear, but NFL insider Jordan Schultz reports that the Bills gave him a “crash course in the new playbook.”
