As part of New York City’s continued efforts to reduce the spread of West Nile virus, more neighborhoods in the five boroughs will getting sprayed with treatments to cut down on the number of mosquitoes. A New Yorker was among six additional deaths to be reported as part of a deli meat-linked listeria outbreak in the U.S., which has left a total of nine people dead and nearly 60 people hospitalized, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
