SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – US Coast Guard Cutter Richard Dixon repatriated 15 migrants to Dominican Republic, Friday, following the interdiction of an irregular, unlawful migration voyage in Mona Passage waters near Puerto Rico, Thursday night.
