Soldiers at base next to Cologne airport warned not to drink tap water.German authorities have sealed off a military base in Cologne as they investigate the potential contamination of the water supply. Authorities are looking for a 16-year-old girl who texted a family member that she had been kidnapped after she was seen entering a Brooklyn train station Tuesday afternoon, police say.
