Move over, Reggie Jackson, there is a new Mr. October in Major League Baseball, and it is Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman.
Freeman homered again in the first inning of Game 4 of the World Series on Tuesday night against the New York Yankees, giving the Dodgers another early lead.
Any World Series home run is a big deal, but this one is especially noteworthy because Freeman has now homered in all four World Series games in this series. Even more impressive is that it is his sixth consecutive World Series game with a home run going back to his 2021 appearance with the Atlanta Braves.
