Jerry Jones’ hubris is once again ruining the Cowboys. On Tuesday, the longtime Cowboys owner argued with 105.3 The Fan radio hosts for having the audacity to hold him accountable after another embarrassing home loss.
The Cowboys lost 47-9 to the Lions on Sunday, four weeks after getting blown out at home 44-19 by the Saints. Dallas was also drubbed by the Packers, 48-32, in the 2023 wild-card round at AT&T Stadium. In Week 3 this season, it trailed the Ravens 28-6, eventually losing 28-25.
When questioned about how the team’s inactivity during the offseason has been felt in its disappointing start, Jones threw a fit.
“Your job isn’t to let me go over all the reasons that I did something,” Jones retorted.
“That’s not your job. I’ll get somebody else to ask these questions. I’m not kidding,” he added.
