
A 65-year-old Lengthy Island man was airlifted to a hospital with a critical groin damage after a firework went off in an East Patchogue residence.
The Suffolk County Police Division stated John Philpotts-Kerr was “severely injured” when the explosive “unexpectedly detonated in his lap, injuring his groin.”
