The National Cultural Foundation (NCF) has revealed the finalists for the Courtesy Garage Pic-O-De-Crop Competition, which will be held on Friday 2 August.
The announcement, made on Wednesday 24 July, followed the final tent judging at the Garfield Sobers Sports Complex. This year, Mr. Deejay, the first visually impaired contestant to reach the finals, will make history. He will open the show at the National Botanical Gardens at 8pm.
The draw, held at Courtesy’s Wildey showroom, set the order of performance. Reigning Monarch iWeb will perform 15th.
The winner can choose between a new Nissan valued at $136,000 or $100,000 in cash. Prizes for the runner-ups range from $40,000 to $6,000, with all contestants receiving a $1,500 appearance fee.
