Russell Wilson will be active for the first time in the regular season as a Pittsburgh Steeler, but will he start on “Sunday Night Football,’ against the New York Jets? Head coach Mike Tomlin said it is indeed a possibility. It’s an interesting call for Tomlin and the 4-2 Steelers, who are winning games but haven’t shown play that Tomlin said should be “confused with great.”
He has a point. Of the 18 quarterbacks that have started every game this season, Fields is 16th in passing yards per game at 184.3, ahead of just Bo Nix and Deshaun Watson. He’s also tied with those two for last in the NFL with five passing touchdowns. But the question Tomlin faces is whether or not the 35 year old Wilson, who went 11-19 with the Broncos, can do any better.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Wilson will likely get a shot to start at some point this season. When he does, he better take advantage of the opportunity. It could be his last. With that being said, can you name the quarterback to start the most games for every NFL franchise?
Good luck!
