The Baltimore Ravens (1-2) are hosting the Buffalo Bills (3-0) in Week 4. It’s a battle between two teams who both expect to make another postseason run this season.
Here are three Ravens players who could impact the game the most.
Running back Derrick Henry
Henry is coming off his best game yet after rushing for 151 yards and two touchdowns against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 3.
However, the Bills will prove to be much more difficult to run the ball against, as they’ve allowed 118.3 rushing yards per game through the first three weeks.
That won’t change Baltimore’s game plan of running the football early and often, though, and Henry looks like he’s in line to be a difference-maker once again on “Sunday Night Football.”
Tight end Mark Andrews
Andrews, on the other hand, has had a disappointing start to his 2024 season, registering just six catches for 65 yards and zero touchdowns.
Fellow tight end Isaiah Likely has been getting much more attention with 12 catches for 141 yards and a touchdown.
That hasn’t stopped Andrews from believing his time will come to make plays.
“I feel great. I think you saw in the film, you see the way I’m moving. I think I’m doing a lot of things better than I ever have,” Andrews said, via the team’s website. “And, yeah, you know, it’s different. We’ve got a different team, but I still feel incredibly good and fast and strong. And I’m the same player I’ve always been. It’s just balls haven’t come my way.”
Andrews has a good chance to back up those words in a game that has the makings of a shootout.
Linebacker Roquan Smith
Bills quarterback Josh Allen has been playing lights out to begin the year, passing for 634 yards, seven touchdowns and zero interceptions while also rushing for 85 yards and another two scores.
Limiting Allen’s impact with his legs will be a key for the Ravens in this one, and Smith could play a large role in doing just that.
The two-time All-Pro and Pro Bowler is still one of the best linebackers in the NFL, as he has a team-leading 29 tackles along with an interception and three passes defensed on the year.
It’s not hard to imagine Smith shining the brightest in primetime.
