The Austin Police Division has reported the seize of a suspect following the deadly capturing of an off-duty deputy from a close-by jurisdiction late Sunday evening.
The deceased deputy has been recognized as serving with the Caldwell County Precinct 3 Constable’s Workplace, located roughly 45 minutes south of Austin.
The tragic incident occurred whereas the deputy was on safety obligation at a venue in north Austin, as confirmed by the Caldwell County Constable’s Workplace. Austin authorities specified that the capturing occurred at Membership Rodeo.
