Trump says ‘it is going to be carried out’ on getting ‘Russian menace’ away from Greenland

President Donald Trump mentioned on Sunday that Denmark has not been capable of do something to get the “Russian menace” away from Greenland, and mentioned, “Now it’s time, and it is going to be carried out!!!”

“NATO has been telling Denmark, for 20 years, that “it’s a must to get Russian menace away from Greenland.”

Sadly, Denmark has been unable to do something about it,” Trump wrote in a publish on the social media web site he owns referred to as Fact Social.

The White Home and Denmark’s international affairs ministry didn’t instantly reply to a Reuters’ request for remark.

Trump has repeatedly insisted he will accept nothing lower than possession of Greenland, an autonomous territory of Denmark.

Leaders of each Denmark and Greenland have insisted the island is just not on the market and doesn’t need to be a part of the USA.

Trump on Saturday vowed to implement a wave of accelerating tariffs on European allies till the USA is allowed to purchase Greenland.

The encroaching presence of China and Russia makes Greenland very important to US safety pursuits, Trump has mentioned.

Danish and different European officers have identified that Greenland is already coated by NATO’s collective safety pact.
