Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott doesn’t seem to be taking it easy after agreeing to a massive extension on Sunday.
Hours before their season opener against the Cleveland Browns, the Cowboys gave Prescott a four-year deal worth $240M with $231M guaranteed, making him the highest-paid player in the league (h/t: NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport).
Prescott looked sharp on the Cowboys’ second drive vs. the Browns, throwing a 21-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Brandin Cooks. Prior to that, he completed a 34-yard pass to WR CeeDee Lamb, who made a spectacular catch.
