USPS employee accused of shoving 4-year-old – NBC New York

A U.S. Postal Service employee is accused of shoving a toddler, in an incident that was captured on digital camera.

Video obtained by the Monsey Scoop seems to point out the employee approaching the 4-year-old, then pushing him to the bottom. The confrontation occurred Friday round 6:30 p.m. in Rockland County on Backyard Terrace, off Viola Highway in Monsey.

The City of Ramapo Police Division recognized the suspect as Gabriel Stan, 39, of Stony Level, NY

The kid was standing close by as mail was delivered. Witnesses say Stan started yelling earlier than he turned to the boy. He has been charged with Tried Assault within the Second Diploma, a felony, and is predicted to seem earlier than a decide at a later date.
