The Arkansas Razorbacks (10-2) earned their fifth straight victory with a 95-67 win over North Carolina A&T (3-10) on Saturday inside Bud Walton Arena.

The Razorbacks struggled to pull away from the Aggies early in the contest, but eventually settled in to take a 54-31 advantage to the locker room at halftime.

It was all Arkansas in the second half, with the Hogs eclipsing the 90-point mark for the third time this season.

A strong double-double effort from Jonas Aidoo (17 points, 11 rebounds) was complemented by double-figure efforts from Adou Thiero (14 points), Boogie Fland (12 points), Karter Knox (11 points), Trevon Brazile (11 points), D.J. Wagner (10 points) and Billy Richmond III (10 points).

The Razorbacks’ defense also had a hand in the victory, as Arkansas held North Carolina A&T to 36% shooting from the field. Ryan Forrest led the Aggies’ charge with 19 points. Landon Glasper (16 points) was the only other Aggie to reach double figures.

One notable absence for Arkansas was former Florida Atlantic guard Johnell Davis, who missed Saturday’s game with wrist soreness.

John Calipari and the Razorbacks have one final non-conference matchup before starting SEC play on Jan. 4. Oakland, which knocked Calipari’s final Kentucky team out of the NCAA Tournament in March, will visit Bud Walton Arena on Dec. 30 in Arkansas’ final tuneup before the gauntlet of SEC play begins.
