Arsenal have reportedly received a deal from a top club in Europe to sign Aaron Ramsdale in the summer 2024 transfer window.

Ajax is reportedly optimistic about signing Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale from Arsenal in the summer 2024 transfer window despite facing initial rejection.

Ramsdale, who joined Arsenal in 2021 and became the club’s most expensive goalkeeper, has had a successful tenure. However, with the arrival of David Raya, Ramsdale has been relegated to the bench, sparking speculation about his future.

Ajax recently approached Arsenal with a loan bid for Ramsdale, but the offer was declined as Arsenal prefers a permanent transfer.

The Gunners are already scouting for goalkeepers to back up David Raya.

Arsenal has secured David Raya’s permanent transfer from Brentford after a successful loan spell. With Raya as their first-choice goalkeeper, Arsenal is looking to offload Ramsdale and has identified Espanyol’s Joan Garcia as the ideal backup.

Garcia is reportedly Arsenal’s top target to replace Ramsdale, who has been linked with a move to Ajax. If the transfer goes through, Garcia will provide competition and support for Raya, strengthening Arsenal’s goalkeeping options.

Ajax is expected to return with an improved bid for the 26-year-old Ramsdale in the ongoing summer transfer window. If successful, Ramsdale will join fellow England international Jordan Henderson, who moved to Ajax in the January transfer window.
