A Decrease Manhattan lodge was evacuated Monday after bear spray was launched throughout an argument, in accordance with police.
Authorities responded to the Doubletree on Stone Road, between Broad and Whitehall streets, after getting experiences of noxious fumes round 8:15 a.m. The evacuation was ordered after first responders arrived.
Chopper 4 confirmed a heavy emergency presence on the scene. The NYPD says the irritant was sprayed throughout a dispute within the lodge, although it wasn’t clear the place within the lodge it occurred.
Emergency crews had been evaluating an unknown variety of sufferers on the scene.
