Han Ong joins Deborah Treisman to debate “The Fugitive,” by Lyudmila Ulitskaya, which was revealed in The New Yorker in 2014. Ong is the writer of quite a few performs and of the novels “The Disinherited” and “Fixer Chao.” “Fixer Chao” was first revealed in 2001 and can be reissued this July by Outsider Editions.
