Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen and the remainder of the Artemis II crew have acquired a hero’s welcome at Canadian House Company headquarters after their journey to the far facet of the moon.
Hansen informed a cheering crowd in Longueuil, Que., that most of the individuals within the room helped make the mission a hit.
The ten-day mission took Hansen, mission commander Reid Wiseman and astronauts Victor Glover and Christina Koch farther from Earth than any people earlier than them.

Koch informed the group that each she and Glover beforehand educated in Canada and that the CSA appears like house to them too.
The crew then answered questions from Business Minister Mélanie Joly and members of the general public alongside Canadian House Company astronaut Jenni Gibbons, who was a part of the group at NASA’s Mission Management Middle.
Wiseman mentioned the worldwide make-up of the Artemis II crew introduced a range of views that strengthened the mission and united the world.
