Hochul Pledges Free Youngster Care at Age 2, Bolstering Mamdani

Gov. Kathy Hochul on Thursday introduced an effort to broaden youngster care throughout the state, together with a free program for 2-year-olds in New York Metropolis beginning within the fall.
