LEXINGTON, Ky. — Quarterback Kenneth Minchey ran untouched for a 2-point conversion after C.J. Baxter scored on a 1-yard run to carry Kentucky to a 35-34 time beyond regulation victory over No. 10 LSU on Saturday evening.
LSU (4-2, 1-2 Southeastern Convention) scored first in time beyond regulation when quarterback Sam Leavitt scored on a 15-yard run and so they made the additional factors.
Kentucky (5-1, 3-1) pressured time beyond regulation when Adam Zouagui kicked a 33-yard subject objective with 12 seconds left in regulation after lacking subject targets of 42 and 26 yards with lower than 5 minutes to play, the second after Leavitt was sacked and fumbled.

Minchey was 23 of 36 for 246 yards passing, 206 of these within the second half. Baxter ran for 123 yards — 77 on Kentucky’s first play of the sport — and two touchdowns.
