NEW YORK – A burst water main on Webster Avenue near the Mosholu Parkway flooded streets in the Bronx on Monday evening.
The flooding inundated multiple cars that were parked nearby and also affected train tracks.
As a result, Webster Avenue has been closed from East 204th Street to Bedford Park Boulevard as crews continue to work to fix the situation.
As of 10:20 p.m., the main is still gushing water and repairs are likely to take some time overnight.
