Three of the New York Knicks’ most important players went to college at Villanova in Philadelphia. The trio came up big in the Knicks’ overtime win in their old city.

Each of New York’s former Wildcats came up big in the 125-119 win. Jalen Brunson led all scorers with 38 points. Mikal Bridges scored 23 points and made five three-pointers. Josh Hart logged the 11th triple-double of his eight-season career — all since joining the Knicks in 2023 — and played every second of the second half and overtime.

Hart put an exclamation point on the win with a steal and an alley-oop to Bridges in the final seconds.
