Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye of P-Square has slammed his twin brother, Paul Okoye in scathing open letter.

Peter Okoye, one half of the iconic Nigerian music duo P-Square, has written a blistering open letter to his twin brother Paul Okoye, aka Rudeboy, accusing him of constant disrespect, sabotage, and attempting to turn fans against him.

The letter, posted on Peter’s Instagram page today, Monday, August 12, 2024, addresses Paul’s recent interviews. In these interviews, Paul claimed to have written and sung 99% of P-Square‘s songs, discrediting Peter’s contributions to the group. Also, Peter took issue with Paul’s failure to acknowledge his own songwriting credits and the success of their joint efforts.

Additionally, Peter expressed his disappointment and frustration with Paul’s actions. He stated that he has always used “we” and “us” when referring to P-Square, while Paul uses “I” and “me”. Furthermore, He accused Paul of trying to marginalize and humiliate him, and questioned whether their individual careers as solo artists have achieved the same level of success as P-Square.

Meanwhile, the letter comes amid a long-standing feud between the twin brothers, who have been at odds since their highly publicized breakup in 2017. Also, Peter hinted at addressing the latest EFCC matter involving their former manager and elder brother Jude. He promised to share his side of the story later today.

However, the open letter has sparked a heated debate among fans and industry insiders. Lastly, many are weighing in on the brothers’ tumultuous relationship and the future of P-Square.
