Legendary Jamaican reggae / dancehall artist Burro Banton groups up with heavyweight NY manufacturing duo Huge B (of New York’s Scorching 97 radio station’s Hearth Sundays present) for his or her new single ‘Phenom’. It’s the fourth single off an upcoming riddim undertaking by Huge B, produced by Bobby Konders. Burro is broadly credited as one of many first dancehall artists to introduce a rougher, extra aggressive vocal supply that helped transfer reggae into what grew to become dancehall within the late ’70s and early ’80s.
