A new report hints at how long Zion Williamson might be out for the New Orleans Pelicans.

In an appearance on ESPN’s “NBA Today,” Shams Charania reported that the Pelicans are bracing for Williamson to miss four to six weeks due to his hamstring injury. However, the team is reluctant to put an exact date on it, as much will depend on how Williamson responds to rehab.

“The Pelicans are bracing for him to be out about four to six weeks. His return will be based on rehab and how that treatment goes on that hamstring strain,” Charania said. “We know the Pelicans, with Zion Williamson, they said indefinitely. They are not sure yet how long this rehab is going to take for him.”
