While the nights are starting to get colder, there’s still plenty to look forward to in London.
Every year, we look forward to Bonfire Night as a time to gather with loved ones and friends and take in a breathtaking spectacle. This year is going to be no different as some of London’s greatest parks will be holding a firework display, along with fair rides and food and drink.
See below to find about the firework displays on around London and how to buy tickets for them.
The annual family fireworks in Richmond, south-west London is returning to Richmond Athletic Ground. The event has a funfair with rides, food and drink vendors and a members’ bar afterparty in addition to the coordinated spectacle.
The firework displays begins at 7pm and tickets can be bought here from £12.50 a adult and £7.50 a child.

Alexandra Palace fireworks
Undoubtedly one of the biggest fireworks shows in town is at Alexandra Palace in north London. This year, the organisers have added a choreographed drone show to take place before the fireworks and live music.
Taking place over two days, comedy duo The Cuban Brothers will perform on November 1 and garage icons Artful Dodger will take the stage the following day.
There will also be ice skating, ice disco as well as plenty of tasty street food, cocktails and beer.
Adult tickets cost £17.50, ones for children aged up to 10 cost £5.50 and tickets for those between 11 and 15 are £12.
Fireworks can be seen in several London locations

The Battersea Park firework display takes place across two nights on November 2 and 3. The second night is advertised as a welcoming, child-friendly atmosphere.
There will be fairground rides, family-focused entertainment as well as food and warming drinks.
General admission for those 16 and over costs £13.10, with children aged five to 15 costing £8.80. Under fives get in free.
Morden Park and Wimbledon Park fireworks
Merton Council runs two firework displays.
The first of two official fireworks displays hosted by Merton Council is at Morden Park. There’s a food village, a funfair and two displays in one evening: the first one, at 6.45pm, is geared towards families, and the second, at 8.30pm, is more adult-oriented. This event takes place on November 2.
Merton’s second display takes place at Wimbledon Park on November 5.
The organisers are focusing on sustainability for both events. In an effort to reduce the show’s carbon footprint last year, they donated to Just One Tree, bought pyrotechnics from European vendors rather than Chinese ones, and collaborated with the supplier to recycle some of the fireworks’ single-use plastic tubes.
For both events, adult tickets cost £11.66, while five to 15 year olds can get in for £9.01. Tickets can be bought here.
For Southgate’s fireworks, visit the Walker Ground sport complex, which has rides, inflatables, food and beverages.
The fireworks are on Saturday, November 2. An adult ticket costs £11.70, while a child’s ticket is £7.47.
Harrow and Walthamstow have firework displays

Harrow fireworks is an afternoon and evening celebration of Diwali and Bonfire Night held in Byron Park. It includes a small amusement fair, a world cuisine arena and a bar marquee. All of it is free to enter until 3pm after starting at 12pm. After that, you’ll need a ticket. The fireworks start at 7.45pm.
The event is a little after Bonfire Night, taking place on Saturday November 9.
Adults can get in for £7 while children aged 3 to 15 can get in for £6. Tickets can be bought here.
The Walthamstow Cricket, Tennis, and Squash Club hosts the Stow Firework Spectacular over the course of two evenings.
There is a main display (8pm) and a more subdued children’s display (6pm) on both evenings, surrounded by activities, a funfair, food and drink vendors and fire performers.
Stow’s fireworks are also a little after Bonfire Night, taking place on Friday November 8 and Saturday November 9.
