The top Premier League clash between Liverpool and Manchester United which is slated to be played on Sunday, January 5, 2025, could be postponed to a later date.
Liverpool will be looking to continue in their fantastic form when they host their arc rivals in the Premier League, Manchester United.
On the other hand, the Red Devils have been in bad form with five defeats in their last six league matches. The games include home defeats to Nottingham Forest, Bournemouth, and Newcastle United, and defeats at Arsenal and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The temperature and weather always go very low below zero degrees across the country. There are some weather condition where the Premier League body always choose to postpone games, mainly if there is too much snow, if the ground is iced over or if visibility is severely impacted due to either rain or fog.
As of Saturday morning, the Met Office has released an Amber snow and ice warning around the Merseyside area across Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, which may affect the game.
